Magnetoencephalography (MEG)

MEGThe Magnetoencephalography (MEG) is a completely non-invasive imaging tool used to study brain function. The MEG measures magnetic fields produced by electrical activity in the brain, creating accurate imaging of the brain's function that can help further pinpoint locations of lesions. The MEG also allows physicians the ability to map the location of normally functioning areas near the lesion so that treatment can be planned to minimize post operative weakness or loss of brain function.
